FedEx Sustainability Insights - B2C Version (Revel/Infogain)
FedEx Sustainable Insights is a consumer-facing sustainability tool that empowers online shoppers and SMBs to understand and offset the carbon footprint of their shipments. As Lead Designer, I crafted an intuitive, educational experience that translates real-time emissions data into personalized sustainability tips, fostering eco-conscious decision-making at checkout.
User-Centric UX Strategy
• Researched and designed for two key audiences: eco-conscious consumers and small business owners seeking transparent shipping impacts.
• Simplified complex emissions metrics into digestible visuals (e.g., CO2e comparisons to everyday activities like "equivalent to X miles driven").
• Implemented gamification elements (interactive information graphics, progress trackers etc) to encourage sustainable shipping habits.
Engaging UI & Rapid Prototyping
• Created high-fidelity prototypes (Figma) for seamless presentations and dev implementation.
